Welder – Role Overview
As a Welder at Browar Construction, your job is to join metal parts safely and accurately using welding equipment and techniques such as MIG, TIG, or arc welding. You’ll work on construction projects, repair damaged structures, and follow technical drawings. Precision, safety awareness, and steady hands are essential in this role. Welders are expected to wear proper PPE and follow strict site safety regulations. Previous experience and certification are preferred. At Browar Construction, we provide a professional environment, training (if needed), and all necessary tools to help you perform at your best in every project.
Public Healthcare
All welders employed legally in Poland are covered by the NFZ (National Health Fund), which provides access to public healthcare services. At Browar Construction, we ensure your PESEL number and insurance registration are completed immediately upon hiring. This allows you to visit public doctors, hospitals, and clinics free of charge. Emergency treatment, injuries, and even specialist appointments are included. Our HR team supports you through the registration process and helps you access the nearest medical facilities. Your safety, both on and off the job site, is our responsibility, and we ensure you’re fully protected.
Third Country Nationals
Browar Construction proudly hires welders from outside the EU, including countries like India, Nepal, Ukraine, and Bangladesh. If you have welding experience and a valid visa or work permit, we help you with every legal step — from PESEL number registration to insurance and residence permits. We also offer accommodation assistance and language support where needed. Welders are essential in our projects, and we make sure you are treated fairly, paid legally, and given every opportunity to grow in your role. Your skills are respected, and your rights are fully protected under Polish labor law.
Sick Leave in Poland
Welders working legally in Poland are entitled to paid sick leave. If you become unwell or injured, visit a certified doctor who will issue an electronic sick note (L4). This is submitted directly to ZUS (Social Insurance Institution), and you’ll receive 80% of your salary during your recovery. Browar Construction ensures you understand the full process and provides assistance in managing your leave. Whether it’s a minor illness or a work-related injury, your job and income are protected. We stand by our workers and ensure health and safety are always the top priority.
