BMC Machine Operator – Role Overview

As a BMC (Battery Moulding Compound) Machine Operator at Browar Construction, your role involves operating and maintaining molding machines that process thermoset compounds for electrical components or structural products. You must monitor temperature, pressure, and cycle times, and ensure molds are filled accurately. Tasks include setup, troubleshooting, part ejection, and basic maintenance. Prior experience with compression or injection molding machines is preferred. You must follow strict safety and quality protocols. Your precision and technical skill directly contribute to the quality of the final product, making your role a vital part of our production team.

Public Healthcare

All BMC Machine Operators hired by Browar Construction are registered with Poland’s public healthcare system (NFZ). After joining, we help you obtain a PESEL number and complete your health insurance registration. This entitles you to access free or subsidized treatment including doctor visits, emergency care, and medications. Whether you experience a minor injury, machine-related exposure issue, or general illness, you are covered. Our HR team is available to guide you in finding appropriate clinics and specialists. Your health and safety are top priorities, especially when working around molding machinery and chemical compounds.

Third Country Nationals

We actively recruit BMC Machine Operators from third countries like India, Nepal, Bangladesh, and Ukraine. Browar Construction will assist you through the entire legal process including work permits, visas, PESEL number registration, and healthcare setup. You will receive equal pay, a legal contract, and protection under Polish labor law. Our team supports you with relocation, accommodation, and integration into the Polish workplace. Your skills in machine operation and molding are valuable to us, and we ensure a safe, respectful, and growth-friendly environment where you can build a long-term future.

Sick Leave in Poland

If you fall sick or suffer an injury while working as a BMC Machine Operator, you are legally entitled to paid sick leave in Poland. A certified doctor will issue an electronic medical certificate (L4), which is submitted directly to ZUS (Social Insurance). You will receive 80% of your average salary during the recovery period. Browar Construction supports you with full documentation assistance and ensures there are no delays in salary or legal protection. Whether it’s a short illness or work-related exposure, your health, income, and job security are fully safeguarded.
