AC Technician – Role Overview
As an AC Technician at Browar Construction, your primary duty is to install, maintain, and repair air conditioning and HVAC systems across residential, commercial, and industrial sites. Responsibilities include diagnosing faults, checking refrigerant levels, replacing filters, and ensuring proper cooling performance. You must be skilled in electrical connections, ductwork, and system testing. A technical diploma and prior experience are preferred. Attention to detail, customer service, and adherence to safety protocols are essential. Your role ensures comfort, energy efficiency, and reliability in all our construction and renovation projects.
Public Healthcare
All legally employed AC Technicians at Browar Construction receive full access to Poland’s public healthcare system (NFZ). After your hiring, our HR team assists with PESEL number generation and health insurance registration. This allows you to access general physicians, specialists, emergency services, and prescribed medications — either free or at subsidized rates. Whether it’s heat exhaustion, a workplace injury, or general illness, you are protected. We also help you locate nearby clinics and book medical appointments. Your health is important to us — both on the job and off-site.
Third Country Nationals
Browar Construction actively hires AC Technicians from countries outside the EU, including India, Nepal, Bangladesh, and Ukraine. We take care of all legal formalities — from visa processing and work permits to PESEL registration and public health insurance. Our HR team also assists with accommodation and helping you adjust to life and work in Poland. You will receive equal pay, legal contracts, and safe working conditions under Polish labor law. Your skills in air conditioning and HVAC are valued, and we’re committed to supporting your growth and stability in your new workplace.
Sick Leave in Poland
If you become sick or injured while working as an AC Technician, Polish law guarantees paid sick leave. You must visit a certified doctor who will issue an electronic sick note (L4), sent directly to ZUS (Social Insurance). You will receive 80% of your average salary during the recovery period. Browar Construction will guide you through the paperwork and ensure you receive your benefits without delay. Whether the issue is minor or more serious, your income and position remain protected while you heal. We are here to support your full recovery.
