Aluminium Fixer – Role Overview
As an Aluminium Fixer at Browar Construction, your job is to install aluminium frames, doors, windows, curtain walls, and cladding systems at construction sites. You must be skilled in measuring, cutting, aligning, and securing aluminium components using hand tools and machines. The role also includes sealing joints, drilling, and following technical drawings. Experience with glass fittings, façade systems, and precision fixing is preferred. Attention to detail, physical fitness, and adherence to safety standards are essential. Your work ensures modern finishes and long-lasting structure — making you a vital part of our finishing team.
Public Healthcare
All Aluminium Fixers employed legally by Browar Construction are enrolled in Poland’s public healthcare system (NFZ). After joining, we assist in registering your PESEL number and activating your health insurance. You’ll receive access to general physicians, hospitals, emergency care, and specialist treatments — either free or at a reduced cost. Whether you experience minor injuries, fatigue, or general health issues, you’re protected. Our HR team will help guide you through the medical system and arrange appointments if needed. Your health and safety are our top priority on and off the site.
Third Country Nationals

Sick Leave in Poland

Visit a certified doctor who will issue an electronic medical certificate (L4), which is sent directly to ZUS (Social Insurance).
