Architect – Role Overview
As an Architect at Browar Construction, your primary role is to design and plan construction projects, ensuring both aesthetics and functionality. You will create blueprints, work closely with engineers and site managers, and oversee the execution of architectural plans. Knowledge of AutoCAD, Revit, and 3D visualization tools is essential. Your responsibilities also include site inspections, client consultations, and ensuring regulatory compliance. We value creativity, precision, and technical excellence. Public Healthcare
All architects working legally in Poland are eligible for full public healthcare under the NFZ (National Health Fund). Sick Leave in Poland
If you fall ill while working as an architect, you are entitled to paid sick leave according to Polish labor law. Upon visiting a certified doctor, an electronic sick note (L4) is submitted directly to ZUS (Social Insurance Institution). You will receive 80% of your average salary during the leave period.
