Civil Engineer – Role Overview
As a Civil Engineer at Browar Construction, you will plan, design, and oversee construction projects including buildings, roads, bridges, and infrastructure. Your tasks include preparing technical drawings, managing project budgets, supervising site staff, and ensuring safety and compliance with regulations. You must collaborate with architects, contractors, and government bodies to deliver durable, safe, and cost-effective structures. Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Project, or similar tools is preferred. With strong leadership and problem-solving skills, your role is key to transforming plans into reality. At Browar Construction, your engineering knowledge builds the backbone of every project.
Public Healthcare
All Civil Engineers employed by Browar Construction are enrolled in Poland’s public healthcare system (NFZ). After onboarding, we help you obtain a PESEL number and register for insurance. You gain access to free or subsidized medical services such as general practitioners, emergency care, diagnostic tests, and specialist consultations. Whether it’s work stress, travel-related fatigue, or general illness, you’re protected. Our HR team assists with finding the right clinics and making appointments. Third Country Nationals

A certified doctor will issue an electronic sick note (L4), which goes directly to ZUS (Social Insurance Institution). You’ll receive 80% of your average salary during recovery.
