Cleaner – Role Overview

As a Cleaner at Browar Construction, your main responsibility is to maintain cleanliness and hygiene at construction offices, staff areas, and site cabins. Duties include sweeping, mopping, dusting, cleaning restrooms, emptying bins, and sanitizing common spaces. Cleaners are also expected to follow daily cleaning schedules and report any issues such as damaged fixtures or shortages in supplies. No experience is required, but reliability, neatness, and discipline are essential. We provide uniforms, cleaning supplies, and clear instructions. Your role helps maintain a safe and professional work environment for all staff. Cleaners are a valuable part of our operations team.

Public Healthcare

All cleaners working legally with Browar Construction in Poland are registered for public health insurance under the NFZ (National Health Fund). Our HR team helps you obtain a PESEL number and ensures your insurance is active from the start of your job. You are entitled to visit doctors, receive treatments, access emergency care, and get prescribed medicine — all without extra costs. Whether it’s a minor illness or a workplace-related issue, we make sure you’re protected. We also guide you in finding the nearest medical centers. Your health and safety are always a priority for us.

Third Country Nationals

We proudly hire cleaners from non-EU countries such as India, Nepal, and Ukraine. Browar Construction helps you manage your visa, work permit, PESEL registration, and public insurance. Our HR team also provides support for accommodation and local adjustment, including language basics. You’ll receive equal treatment, legal contracts, and timely salary payments under Polish labor law. We respect every worker regardless of nationality. As a cleaner, your role is essential to daily operations, and we are committed to giving you a safe, clean, and respectful work environment where your dignity and effort are valued.

If you become unwell while working as a cleaner, you are eligible for paid sick leave in Poland. Simply visit a certified doctor who will issue a digital medical certificate (L4), which is submitted automatically to ZUS (Social Insurance). During your recovery, you’ll receive 80% of your salary. At Browar Construction, we ensure you understand the full process and get all the help you need to apply correctly. Whether the illness is small or serious, your income and job are protected. Your well-being is important, and we support you every step of the way.
