Crane Operator – Role Overview
As a Crane Operator at Browar Construction, you will be responsible for safely operating tower, mobile, or overhead cranes to lift, move, and position heavy materials on construction sites. You must follow all safety protocols, load charts, and engineer instructions precisely. Daily checks, rigging inspections, and reporting of faults are part of the job. A valid crane operator license and prior experience are mandatory. Precision, focus, and clear communication with ground crews are essential. At Browar Construction, we value operators who combine skill with responsibility to ensure smooth and safe project execution.
Public Healthcare
All crane operators working legally with Browar Construction are registered for Poland’s national healthcare system (NFZ). After hiring, we help you secure a PESEL number and register for insurance. This entitles you to free access to doctors, hospitals, emergency services, and necessary treatments. Whether you need medical attention for fatigue, muscle strain, or accident-related injuries, you are fully protected. Our HR team helps guide you through the system and assists with appointment bookings. Your health, both on and off the crane, is a top priority for us.
Third Country Nationals
Browar Construction welcomes qualified crane operators from countries outside the EU such as India, Nepal, Bangladesh, and Ukraine. We provide complete assistance with visa applications, work permits, PESEL number registration, and public insurance. You will receive fair wages, legal job contracts, and a safe workplace. We also help with accommodation and language orientation if needed. Your skills are valuable to our construction teams, and we are committed to ensuring your employment is legal, respectful, and full of opportunities to grow in the Polish construction sector.
Sick Leave in Poland
As a legal employee in Poland, crane operators are entitled to paid sick leave. If you become unwell or injured, visit a certified doctor who will issue a digital sick note (L4), which is sent to ZUS (Social Insurance). You will receive 80% of your average salary during your leave. At Browar Construction, we make sure the entire process is smooth and that your documents are submitted correctly. Whether you need rest for minor fatigue or extended recovery, your job and income remain protected. We fully support your health and legal rights.
