Electrician – Role Overview

As an Electrician at Browar Construction, your main duties include installing, repairing, and maintaining electrical systems at residential, commercial, and industrial construction sites. You will handle wiring, lighting, circuit breakers, and power distribution systems according to technical blueprints and safety regulations. Knowledge of electrical tools and equipment is essential. Prior experience is preferred, and basic communication in English or Polish is an advantage. Safety and precision are top priorities in this role. We provide PPE and on-site training as needed. Electricians play a vital role in powering our projects, and we respect the skill and responsibility your job demands.

Public Healthcare

All legally employed electricians in Poland are entitled to free public healthcare under the NFZ (National Health Fund). Browar Construction ensures you are registered for insurance and provided a PESEL number upon hiring. This allows you to access general practitioners, specialists, hospitals, and emergency services at no extra cost. Whether it’s a minor illness or a job-related injury, you’re protected. Our HR team will guide you step-by-step through the healthcare system and help you find the nearest clinic or hospital. Your health and safety are a top priority, both on-site and outside of work.

Third Country Nationals

Browar Construction proudly hires electricians from countries outside the EU, including India, Nepal, Ukraine, and Bangladesh. If you have a valid visa, residence permit, and experience, we assist you with legal documentation, PESEL registration, and insurance setup. We also offer help with accommodation and basic Polish communication tips if required. You will be treated equally under Polish labor law, with a secure job contract, timely salary, and safe working conditions. We believe in empowering international workers and offering a strong, respectful environment where you can grow and succeed legally and confidently.

Sick Leave in Poland

If you fall ill or suffer a workplace injury, Polish labor law provides full protection and paid sick leave. After visiting a certified doctor, an electronic sick note (L4) is submitted to ZUS (Social Insurance), entitling you to 80% of your average salary during your recovery. At Browar Construction, our HR team assists you with all documentation and ensures your salary is paid on time. Whether you need a few days or several weeks, we stand by you. Your health and peace of mind matter to us, and we’ll make sure your rights are always protected.
