Fabricator – Role Overview
As a Fabricator at Browar Construction, your main responsibility is to cut, shape, and assemble metal components based on technical drawings and measurements. You’ll work closely with welders, engineers, and site supervisors to prepare metal structures for buildings and machinery. Skills in using hand tools, grinders, cutters, and measuring devices are essential. Precision, focus, and safety awareness are key to this role. Prior fabrication experience is preferred, but training is available. Fabricators play a critical role in delivering high-quality construction results, and we ensure you have the tools, PPE, and support to do your job efficiently and safely.

Sick Leave in Poland
Fabricators working legally in Poland are entitled to paid sick leave. If you’re unwell or injured, visit a certified doctor who will issue a digital sick note (L4), which is sent directly to ZUS (Social Insurance). During your sick leave, you’ll receive 80% of your average salary. At Browar Construction, we make sure all workers — including fabricators — understand how to apply for sick leave and get proper support during recovery.
