Light Driver – Role Overview
As a Light Driver at Browar Construction, your primary responsibility is to safely transport staff, documents, and small construction materials between offices and sites. You must follow traffic laws, maintain vehicle cleanliness, and conduct routine vehicle inspections. Punctuality, good route knowledge, and responsibility are crucial for this role. A valid Polish or international light vehicle driving license is mandatory. Prior experience is an advantage. You’ll also assist in basic delivery documentation when required. Public Healthcare
All Light Drivers employed legally in Poland receive full access to the NFZ (National Health Fund) healthcare system. Once you are hired, Browar Construction helps you obtain your PESEL number and completes your health insurance registration. This allows you to access doctors, hospitals, specialists, and emergency services without personal cost. Whether it’s a routine check-up or a road-related injury, you are protected. Our HR team will support you with clinic guidance and appointment booking. Your health is important to us — on and off the road.
Third Country Nationals

Sick Leave in Poland
If you become ill or injured while working as a Light Driver, you are entitled to paid sick leave under Polish labor law. After visiting a certified doctor, an electronic sick note (L4) is sent directly to ZUS (Social Insurance Institution). You will receive 80% of your average salary during your leave. Browar Construction ensures you are fully supported with guidance and documentation during this time.
