Mason – Role Overview
As a Mason at Browar Construction, your responsibilities include laying bricks, stones, and blocks to build walls, structures, and foundations according to construction plans. You must ensure accurate alignment, level surfaces, and strong bonding. Tasks also involve plastering, tile setting, and mixing mortar. Physical strength, attention to detail, and experience in brickwork or stone masonry are essential. You’ll work with engineers and supervisors to deliver precise and safe results. We provide the necessary tools, safety gear, and support to help you perform efficiently. Masons are the backbone of our construction projects, and your skill is highly respected.
Public Healthcare
All masons employed at Browar Construction are entitled to full public healthcare coverage under Poland’s NFZ (National Health Fund). Sick Leave in Poland
If you are working as a mason and become ill or injured, you are entitled to paid sick leave under Polish law. A doctor will issue an L4 medical certificate, which is sent electronically to ZUS (Social Insurance). You will receive 80% of your salary during your leave. Browar Construction ensures all masons are informed about the sick leave process and helps with document submission.
