Painter – Role Overview

As a Painter at Browar Construction, your job is to prepare and paint surfaces on walls, ceilings, metal, and woodwork for both interior and exterior projects. Your tasks include surface cleaning, sanding, priming, and applying paint coats using brushes, rollers, or spray equipment. You must follow color specifications and safety protocols, ensuring a smooth and long-lasting finish. Attention to detail, steady hands, and knowledge of different types of paints are essential. Whether it’s residential, commercial, or industrial spaces, your finish brings life and value to every project. Your skill adds the final touch to our quality.

Public Healthcare

All legally employed Painters at Browar Construction are covered under Poland’s national healthcare system (NFZ). After joining, we help you register for health insurance and obtain your PESEL number. This ensures you get access to general doctors, emergency care, specialists, and prescription medicines — without additional cost. Whether it’s a minor health issue or paint-related allergy, you are protected. Our HR team helps you navigate the medical system and book appointments if needed. We are committed to your well-being and ensure you have complete support for your health in Poland.

Third Country Nationals

Browar Construction proudly hires Painters from third countries including India, Nepal, Bangladesh, and Ukraine. We provide complete assistance with visa processes, work permits, PESEL registration, and public insurance setup. You’ll receive fair wages, legal contracts, and equal treatment under Polish labor law. We also offer support with accommodation and adjusting to local work environments. As a Painter, your artistic touch and precision help complete our construction projects — and we ensure you feel safe, respected, and supported in your work and living conditions.

Sick Leave in Poland

If you fall sick or get injured on the job as a Painter, Polish law provides paid sick leave. Visit a certified doctor who will issue an electronic medical certificate (L4), which is automatically sent to ZUS (Social Insurance). You’ll receive 80% of your average salary during the recovery period. Browar Construction helps you with the full process, including documentation and salary guidance. Whether it’s a short illness, injury, or health issue due to paint exposure, we protect your job and income. Your recovery and legal rights are always supported by us.
