Plumber – Role Overview

As a Plumber at Browar Construction, your role involves installing, maintaining, and repairing water supply lines, drainage systems, and sanitation fixtures at construction sites. You will work closely with engineers and supervisors to ensure plumbing systems are set up safely and correctly according to project plans. Tasks may include pipe fitting, leak fixing, and checking water pressure. Knowledge of plumbing tools and materials is essential, and prior experience is preferred. We provide safety equipment and training if needed. Your work is critical to the health and functionality of every building we construct, and we value your skills and dedication.

Public Healthcare

All plumbers employed legally in Poland are entitled to full public healthcare under NFZ (National Health Fund). Once hired, Browar Construction assists you in obtaining a PESEL number and registering for health insurance. This gives you access to doctors, hospitals, emergency care, and prescribed medications at no cost. Whether it’s a minor illness or workplace injury, we ensure you receive timely medical care. Our HR team guides you through every step, from registration to finding a clinic. Your safety and well-being are important to us — we take care of your health, both on and off the site.

Third Country Nationals

We proudly hire skilled plumbers from third countries like India, Nepal, and Ukraine. If you hold a valid work permit and visa, Browar Construction helps you with all the required documentation — including PESEL registration, residence card, and insurance. Our team also provides support with accommodation and basic Polish language orientation, if needed. You will be treated equally under Polish labor laws, with proper contracts, fair salaries, and a safe work environment. Your expertise as a plumber is respected, and we’re committed to making your journey in Poland legal, smooth, and secure.

Sick Leave in Poland

If you become ill or injured while working as a plumber, you are legally entitled to paid sick leave in Poland. Visit a certified doctor, who will issue an L4 medical certificate. This is sent directly to ZUS (Social Insurance), and you’ll receive 80% of your average salary during recovery. Browar Construction ensures you understand the full process and helps you submit documents on time. Your job and income are secure while you rest. Whether it’s a short-term illness or a work-related condition, we fully support your health and make sure your rights are protected.
