Rigger – Role Overview
As a Rigger at Browar Construction, your main duty is to safely lift, move, and position heavy materials and equipment using ropes, chains, cranes, and pulleys. You’ll work closely with crane operators and site engineers, ensuring loads are securely attached and balanced. You must follow safety protocols, assess risk, and read lifting plans accurately. Experience with rigging gear and certification is preferred. Physical strength, attention to detail, and coordination are essential. At Browar Construction, we rely on riggers to support efficient and safe operations on large-scale projects — your precision prevents accidents and keeps sites running smoothly.
Public Healthcare

After hiring, our HR team helps you get a PESEL number and complete health insurance registration. Third Country Nationals

Sick Leave in Poland
If you become unwell or injured while working as a Rigger, you are entitled to paid sick leave under Polish law. Visit a certified doctor, who will issue an electronic medical certificate (L4) — sent automatically to ZUS (Social Insurance). You will receive 80% of your average salary while recovering. Browar Construction’s HR team will assist you in submitting documents and explain the full process. Whether it’s a minor injury or fatigue-related health issue, your salary and job are protected during leave. We care about your recovery and ensure you’re fully supported throughout.
