Scaffolder – Role Overview
As a Scaffolder at Browar Construction, you are responsible for assembling, modifying, and dismantling scaffolding structures used on construction sites. Your work supports other tradesmen by ensuring safe access to elevated workspaces. You must follow technical drawings, measure materials, and secure all connections according to safety standards. A strong understanding of various scaffolding systems (Tube & Coupler, Cuplock, Frame) is preferred. Physical strength, balance, and safety awareness are key. Your role is essential to site safety, efficiency, and smooth progress. At Browar Construction, we count on your expertise to build the foundation—above the ground.
Public Healthcare
All legally employed Scaffolders at Browar Construction are covered by Poland’s public healthcare system (NFZ). Once hired, we help you register for a PESEL number and enroll in health insurance. This provides you access to general physicians, emergency services, specialists, and prescription medications at no or low cost. Whether it’s a minor injury, fatigue, or health concern, we’ve got you covered. Our HR department will help schedule appointments and connect you with local clinics. Third Country Nationals

Sick Leave in Poland
If you fall ill or are injured during work, you’re entitled to paid sick leave. A certified doctor will issue an L4 (sick note), which is automatically sent to ZUS (Social Insurance Institution). You’ll receive 80% of your average salary during your recovery. Browar Construction supports you with all required documentation and ensures timely processing of benefits.
