Crane Operator – Role Overview
As a Shuttering Carpenter at Browar Construction, your job is to build and dismantle shuttering (formwork) for concrete structures like columns, beams, slabs, and foundations. You must read construction drawings, measure and cut wooden or metal formwork panels, and ensure strong, level, and safe molds for pouring concrete. Precision, experience with power tools, and good physical strength are essential. You’ll work alongside steel fixers and site engineers. Prior experience is preferred. All crane operators working legally with Browar Construction are registered for Poland’s national healthcare system (NFZ). After hiring, we help you secure a PESEL number and register for insurance.
