Spray Painter – Role Overview

As a Spray Painter at Browar Construction, your primary responsibility is to prepare surfaces and apply paint using spray equipment on machinery, structural steel, and metal surfaces. You must follow exact color specifications, ensure even coating, and work with safety standards in mind. Tasks include masking, surface cleaning, primer application, and quality checks. Experience with industrial spray guns and painting techniques is preferred. Attention to detail, steady hands, and physical stamina are important. We provide PPE and full safety training. Your work ensures durability and aesthetics across our construction equipment and metal structures.

Public Healthcare

All legally employed spray painters at Browar Construction are registered for Poland’s public healthcare system (NFZ). Once you join, we assist in generating your PESEL number and enrolling you in health insurance. This entitles you to free access to general practitioners, hospitals, emergency care, and prescription medication. Whether you face a health issue, allergic reaction, or minor injury at work, we ensure you’re treated without financial burden. Our HR team helps you understand how to use the medical system, find clinics, and get appointments. Your health and safety are always a top concern for us.

Third Country Nationals

We proudly employ spray painters from third countries like India, Nepal, Bangladesh, and Ukraine. Browar Construction assists you with work permit processing, visa formalities, PESEL registration, and insurance setup. We also support your relocation and provide guidance for language and local adjustment if needed. You’ll receive a legal contract, equal pay, and safe working conditions in full compliance with Polish labor law. Whether you’re experienced or newly entering the field, we ensure a respectful and professional environment where your work is appreciated, and your rights are fully protected.

Sick Leave in Poland

Spray Painters working legally in Poland are entitled to paid sick leave under labor law. If you’re feeling unwell, visit a certified doctor who will issue a digital sick note (L4), which is sent directly to ZUS (Social Insurance). During recovery, you’ll receive 80% of your average salary. At Browar Construction, we ensure the process is simple and that you are guided through every step. Whether it’s paint-related respiratory concerns or any other illness, your income and position remain secure while you focus on getting better. Your well-being is our commitment.
