Tower Crane Operator – Role Overview
As a Rigger at Browar Construction, your main duty is to safely lift, move, and position heavy materials and equipment using ropes, chains, cranes, and pulleys. You’ll work closely with crane operators and site engineers, ensuring loads are securely attached and balanced. You must follow safety protocols, assess risk, and read lifting plans accurately. Experience with rigging gear and certification is preferred. Physical strength, attention to detail, and coordination are essential. At Browar Construction, we rely on riggers to support efficient and safe operations on large-scale projects — your precision prevents accidents and keeps sites running smoothly.
Public Healthcare
All Tower Crane Operators working legally at Browar Construction are provided full coverage under Poland’s public healthcare system (NFZ). Upon hiring, we assist in registering your health insurance and obtaining your PESEL number. You’ll have access to free or low-cost medical services including doctors, specialists, emergency care, and medications. Whether you’re feeling unwell or experience a site-related issue, your treatment is fully supported. Our HR team helps you find local clinics and guide you through the process. We prioritize your health and safety, both in the cab and beyond.
Third Country Nationals
We proudly hire Tower Crane Operators from non-EU countries like India, Nepal, Bangladesh, and Ukraine. Browar Construction offers full assistance with visa processes, work permits, PESEL registration, and healthcare setup. We also help with accommodation and site orientation. All operators are provided legal contracts, fair salaries, and are treated equally under Polish labor law. Your technical skills are in high demand, and we ensure a respectful, secure, and professional environment for your career to grow. You are not just an operator — you are part of the foundation of our projects.
Sick Leave in Poland
If you become ill or suffer an injury while working as a Tower Crane Operator, you’re entitled to paid sick leave. Visit a certified doctor who will issue an electronic sick certificate (L4), which is sent directly to ZUS (Social Insurance). You will receive 80% of your average salary during your recovery period. Browar Construction assists with the paperwork and ensures you get full support. Whether your condition is minor or requires extended rest, your job and income are legally protected. Your health matters, and we’ll stand by you during any downtime.
