Welder 3G, 4G, 5G – Role Overview
At Browar Construction, certified 3G, 4G, and 5G welders are responsible for performing advanced welding operations in various positions — vertical (3G), overhead (4G), and multi-angled (5G). You will weld structural steel, pipes, and frames using MIG, TIG, or Stick methods based on project requirements. Accuracy, technique, and deep understanding of weld symbols and blueprints are essential. Your role includes preparation, inspection, and post-weld quality checks. Experience in heavy construction or industrial fabrication is a plus. We provide all safety gear and tools. Your expertise supports the strength, durability, and success of our large-scale construction projects.

After joining Browar Construction, we assist you in obtaining your PESEL number and registering for health insurance. Sick Leave in Poland
If you get sick or injured while working as a welder, Polish law guarantees paid sick leave. You must visit a certified doctor who will issue an electronic sick certificate (L4), which is automatically submitted to ZUS (Social Insurance).
