Welder Mig – Role Overview

As a MIG Welder at Browar Construction, your primary responsibility is to perform high-quality welds on structural steel, metal components, and machinery using the MIG (Metal Inert Gas) welding process. You must follow technical drawings, welding symbols, and safety standards while operating welding equipment efficiently. Experience in working with carbon steel and stainless steel is preferred. Responsibilities also include surface preparation, joint inspection, and post-weld finishing. Attention to detail, manual dexterity, and commitment to safety are essential. Your precision and skill are vital to the structural integrity and success of our construction projects.

Public Healthcare

All MIG Welders employed legally at Browar Construction are entitled to public healthcare under Poland’s NFZ (National Health Fund). Upon hiring, our HR team helps you register for insurance and obtain a PESEL number. This entitles you to free or subsidized medical services including doctor visits, specialist treatment, emergency care, and prescription medicines. Whether you face a burn, minor injury, or general health issue, you are protected. We’ll guide you through the system and help you find nearby clinics or hospitals. Your health and safety are our priority — both on and off the job site.

Third Country Nationals

We proudly hire MIG welders from outside the EU, including India, Nepal, Bangladesh, and Ukraine. Browar Construction will support you through all legal procedures — work permit, visa, PESEL registration, insurance setup — to ensure full compliance with Polish labor law. We also assist with accommodation, basic Polish language orientation, and site safety training. You will be offered equal rights, fair wages, and a respectful working environment. Your welding skills are valued here, and we make sure your career in Poland is legal, stable, and full of growth opportunities.

Sick Leave in Poland

If you fall ill or suffer an injury while working as a MIG Welder, you are eligible for paid sick leave under Polish labor regulations. A certified doctor will issue an electronic medical note (L4), which is automatically submitted to ZUS (Social Insurance Institution). You will receive 80% of your average salary during the recovery period. Browar Construction ensures you are supported during your sick leave, and we assist with all required documents. Whether it’s a short illness or job-related condition, your rights, income, and position are protected. We stand by your health and well-being.
